Ktima Kariofillis is a stone farmhouse located in the center of the island of Andros. It is situated in the village of Arni, which was the capital of the island during the 14th and 15th centuries. 

Our estate consists of a traditional Cycladic stone house, 115m², in which wood and stone dominate, dating from the early 20th century. It is surrounded by 8 acres of private land, which is enveloped by ancient trees, an olive grove, a vineyard, and a garden with local varieties of flowers and citrus trees. 

This traditional house has been fully renovated in harmony with the history of the early residence. It offers all the comforts of a modern home, always respecting the local history. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (common areas), a spacious kitchen with a traditional fireplace, 1 bathroom with a shower, and 2 WCs. It overlooks the vast greenery of the surrounding mountains and the endless blue sky above. 

At Ktima Kariofillis, guests have the opportunity to explore both mapped and unmapped paths of our beautiful village, as there is an organized and mapped network of trails suitable for hiking and nature enthusiasts. 

Our estate aspires to provide the tranquility sought by modern individuals away from big cities and reconnect them with Mother Nature.
